We’re never going to win matches if we assist for 7 goals, yet only manage to score 2 ourselves.  Not taking anything away from Hibs, as they were solid last night, but we basically gifted them the victory with 5 mistakes.   Alongside being generous, we were equally inefficient in front of the Hibs goal.  Similar to how our first match this season against the Spanish went, our wastefulness in front of goal cost us points.  We hit the bar 4 times, missed 3 one-on-ones with the keeper, missed 2 absolute sitters in front of an empty goal and had another 5 half chances that could have easily finished in the back of the net on another day.  Anyway, upwards and onwards.  One of these days we’ll stop making mistakes and start scoring goals.  I pity the team that comes across us that day…​MOM goes to Chop who had a strong and commanding debut at Centre Back. 

One for the spectators. It was a lovely game to watch, Hibs scored loads of goals and PM hit the bar a few times and got a couple of goals. Hobs could (should) have scored a fair few more. Julio especially, he got a hat-trick on Saturday and another here although it should have been a double hat-trick. Lippy even managed to finish a game for a Hibs side without being sent off.
