Description: RockU FC started out as a church team (New Creation Church) in the mid `80s. There has been three changes to the captaincy with current captain Kenji Yeo taking this role for more than ten years now. Players have retired with age, injuries and relocation and the present group of players are a mixture of church members and friends. Over the years, RockU has been somewhat a United Nations team with players from Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, USA, Myanmar, Nigeria, Ghana, Mexico and Colombia. Tournaments taken part by RockU FC include charity games with Soccer for Bibles, inter-church tournaments like AGAPE Cup & Teen Challenge Cup, Power 98 Beach Soccer and the ISCOS Futsal Tournament, SAFRA midweek league and EZPZEN leagues.
